Here’s How Buying Florida Land From Lotvestors Works in Three Easy Steps

1. Select a Property
   To reserve the property, complete the checkout form and pay the $399 non refundable Document Fee to reserve the parcel. Through the checkout process you will also be able to electronically sign the Purchase Agreement.
2. Pay Balance
   You can pay the balance by cashiers/bank check by mail or contact us to arrange an ACH debit directly from your bank account. Payment must be completed within 7 days.
3. Be a Florida Landowner!
   Once the payment has cleared our bank, we will issue a quit claim deed in your name which we can mail to you (and you can bring it or mail it to the clerk of court to be recorded or we can let you know the cost, invoice you and record it for you.
